Sesame lamb balls with steamed greens

  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1 handful green beans
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • Lamb balls

  • 200g organic lamb mince
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 handful chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds


Sesame lamb balls with steamed greens

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Combine all of the lamb ball ingredients together and mix well, then roll into small- to medium-size balls. Place the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls
in them.

Place the balls on a baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, steam the greens until they’re tender, then serve with the lamb balls.
