Quinoa pear porridge

  • 1 cup quinoa flakes
  • 200ml almond or coconut milk
  • 1 pear, grated
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbs flaked almonds


Quinoa pear porridge

Place the quinoa and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook, stirring, until it forms a creamy porridge.

Add the pear and a pinch of cinnamon, and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the yoghurt with a pinch of cinnamon. Serve the porridge in a bowl topped with the yoghurt and almonds.
