Grilled beef with curried cauliflower rice

  • ½ head cauliflower, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 3 spring onions, chopped into 5cm pieces
  • ½ cup tamari almonds
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbs curry powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 200g beef fillet


Grilled beef with curried cauliflower rice

Steam the cauliflower for 5-7 minutes, until tender but still slightly firm. Place the cauliflower, spring onions, almonds, oil, curry powder and turmeric in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and resembling the consistence of rice.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Serve with the cauliflower rice.
