Grain-free bircher muesli

Ingredients
- 2 small apples, grated
- 1 tbs black chia seeds
- 1 tbs flaxseeds
- 1 tbs slivered almonds
- 1 tbs crushed brazil nuts
- 1 tbs goji berries
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 300g natural yoghurt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ cup blueberries
Directions
Place the apples, seeds, nuts, goji berries, milk, 200g of yoghurt and a dash of cinnamon in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. Serve topped with the extra yoghurt and blueberries.
