Breakfast mince

Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 200g organic chicken mince
- Tamari soy sauce
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 bunch broccolini, stalks and heads chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat then add the mince and a splash of soy sauce and cook until the mince browns.
Once cooked, add all the vegetables, stir well, add another splash of soy sauce and season, then cover with a lid and place over a low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, stir and cover for a further 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Serve immediately.
