Runny nose, itchy nose and throat, watery and itchy eyes, and sneezing are all symptoms of Spring allergens. You feel miserable and you may also make those around you miserable with your snoring and nasal congestion!

What you can do to combat it?

It sounds obvious but the main thing you can do is to try to avoid your triggers. For example, try to stay indoors on windy days during spring when pollen may be high; or try to avoid homes that have pets, if that’s what sets you off.
